基金会概况：

  上海梦想成真公益基金会是2016年1月15日经上海市民政局核准登记的从事公益性、非营利性活动的慈善组织。发起人以中国民主促进会会员为主。现注册资金为人民币500万元。住所地在上海市四川北路1688号(福德广场北楼)1610室。

  基金会宗旨：

  弘扬公益精神、回馈社会、关爱社会困难群体、促进青年人创新就业。

  基金会业务范围：

  帮困、扶幼、助学、资助困难群体再就业等项目;资助青年人创新就业培训项目;资助其他相关公益事业。

  Summary of Foundation

  On Jan 15th of 2016, Shanghai dreams come true commonweal foundation was approved and registered by Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau as a charitable organization engaged in public welfare and non-profit activities. The promoters are mainly members of China Association for Promoting Democracy. The registered capital is RMB 5 million. The place of residence is located in Room 1610, 1688 North Sichuan Road, Shanghai (North Building, Fude Plaza).

  Purpose of Foundation:

  Promote the spirit of public welfare, contribution to the community, care for social difficulties groups, and promote innovation and employment among youth.

  Business Scope of Foundation:

  To help the poor, the kids, education and re-employment; funding for training programs on innovation and employment of youth; funding for other related public welfare undertakings.
